Voting Information:
Voting will be available by individual ballot sent to you via email no later than November 3rd. This emailed link will be sent once to the email we have on file for you. If you have asked to be unsubscribed to our emails, you will not receive this link unless you contact us and ask us to send it to you.
Voting will be available until 4:15pm on Sunday, November 9th. At that time, voting will be turned off. If you are not going to be able to be at the Annual Meeting, please read through the project summaries and vote based on that information.
This ballot can only be used once so please be careful as you make your selections. You will be voting for 1 Finalist in each of the 5 categories.
Project Summaries:
Project summaries will be sent in the same email as your ballot. If you are not able to attend the Annual Meeting, you will use this information to make your choice. If you are going to attend the meeting, this will be a good "read ahead" item for you.
2024 Annual Meeting Minutes:
