The Letter of Intent

Impact100 Northwest Florida invites 501(c)3 nonprofits in Okaloosa and Walton counties to become part of our 2026 Grants Season.  Since our beginning in 2012, we have given nearly $5.4 million in grants to 51 nonprofits in our two-county area thanks to our generous members.

In order to apply for an Impact100 NWF Grant, you must first submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) demonstrating that you have met the criteria for our funding.  If your LOI shows that you have all of the necessary documentation, and that your proposed project meets our criteria for funding, you will then be invited to submit an application for one of our $100,000 grants.

Please be sure review our Eligibility Criteria to determine if your organization is eligible to apply.  Letters of Intent from organizations who do not meet our eligibility requirements will not receive an application.  Once the LOI is submitted and reviewed, grant applications and an invitation to our Grant workshops are sent to qualified organizations.

The LOI deadline is March 31, 2026.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns by email.
